Bryn is an associate in the firm’s Catastrophic Loss & Tort Defense practice group. She focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on general liability, premise liability, product liability, employment practices liability (EPL), and commercial transportation. She also handles Virginia General District Court cases — a venue that provides for bench trials on claims under $50,000.
Before joining Willcox Savage, Bryn served as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Douglas E. Miller of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia in Norfolk. For several years before attending law school, Bryn worked for a national insurance company as a compliance associate. She recommended changes to company policies, resolved consumer complaints with state agencies, and worked closely with general counsel.
Bryn is also a member of the Themis Advocates Group, a national network of leading civil defense attorneys and law firms located throughout the United States.
In her free time, Bryn enjoys reading, traveling, and paddleboarding. Bryn and her husband, Jonathan, live with their adorable terrier dog, Molly, in Suffolk.
