Paris is an associate in the Labor and Employment Law section. He advises and represents businesses in all aspects of the employment relationship, including equal employment opportunity, wage and hour law, ADA and FMLA compliance, employment policy consultation and drafting, non-compete and other employment agreements, trade secret litigation, and the discipline and discharge of employees. Paris also regularly defends real estate developers, owners, and management companies in Fair Housing matters around the country.
Prior to joining the firm, Paris served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Rebecca Beach Smith of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable S. Bernard Goodwyn, Supreme Court of Virginia.

- Represents employers facing charges of discrimination before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) as well as state and local agencies
- Represents developers, owners, and management companies against allegations of Fair Housing discrimination before federal, state, and local agencies
- Prepares motions seeking pretrial dismissal and judgment as a matter of law.
- Successfully represented clients in numerous dispositive motion hearings and small claim trials in state and federal court
- Successfully represented employer in FLSA collective action suit
- Successfully represented employer in complex class action wage-and-hour suit
- Obtained pretrial dismissal of civil conspiracy claim due to favorable resolution of Rule 12(b)(6) Motion.
